2. The plot allotted to you is not yet fully developed. It is expected that the services are likely to be fully
available by March, 1993. In view of this, you are required to make the payment as under:

Alternatively, if you are interested in possession and securing early execution of lease deed by
January92 you may deposit full premium of plot for which no interest will be payable to you.

You are required to submit the documents prescribed over leaf aongwith the payment mode in the first
instance, whether in full or in part as the case may be.

Where the allottee opts to pay the premium instalments as per formula mentioned above at para 2 the
possession of plot will be given after 75% payment of the premium has been received.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE BY BANK DRAFT in favour of the Delhi Development Authority
through challan in any authorised branch of the State Bank of India, Central Bank of India as detailed
over-leat.
NOTE:

4. The amount demanded should be paid on or before the due date mentioned in para 2 & 3
and the extension of time for making payment of the amount demanded in column 7 of para 3
above upto a maximum period of 90 days from the due date is admissible. An allottee need
not apply for extension but he wil have to pay interest @ 12% p.a. for the first month and @
18% p.a. for the subsequent period. In case payment of the amount asked for in the demand
letter is not made within 90 days of the due date, the allotment shall stand cancelled
automatically. However, cancellation due to non-payment of first 4 instalments during the
stipulated period can be got restored on payment of dues with interest alongwith cancellation
and restoration charges for each cancellation due to non-payment, subject to availability of
the allocated flat. The cancellation due to non-payment of final instalment within 120 days of
the dated of issue (latter of the block date) of the demand letter for 4th final instalment shall
not be restored under any circumstances.
5. After payment of each instalment, third copy of the challan must be deposited at Counter
No. 4 on ground floor, D Block, Vikas Sadan, INA within 90 days of the due date of
instalment(s) positively. If the third copy of the challan is not deposited as indicated above, it
will be presumed that payment has not been made and further action will be taken
accordingly.
6. The flat can be mortgaged to any of the Institutions mentioned in Annexture A without
obtaining prior permission from the DDA. However, an intimation regarding institution to
which the allocated flat has been mortgaged must be send to the signatory of this demand
letter.
7. Payment of installments can be made at any of the following branches of Central Bank of
India/State Bank of India.
