Job Experiences Description

Zn-Ni Plating, Non Cyanide Bath Zn-Ni Alloys Plating

To find an appropriate method for substituting Cadmium electroplating process with
the environmentally friendly process one using non-carcinogen chemical. This
process used for corrosion protection of ferrous material and steel. Cadmium and its
cyanide solutions are supposed to be dangerous to human body and environment.
The use of Zn-Ni electroplating process will achieve mutual advantage, that are
better quality product by using proper process parameter and safer to environment.
Those are the objectives of development.

Electro coagulation of Coolant Disposal

This activity is to handle used coolant disposal produced by Fabrication unit, using
electro coagulation method. Aluminum chips are used as electrode for this
process. Aluminum chips are a side product of some activities in fabrication unit.
Coolant is kind of emulsion by this process will be broke down into simple
elements and coagulated by using direct current from rectifier. The coagulated
coolant is pressed filtered using a fabric. To the filtrate is carried out some water
treatment analytical testing, like BOD, COD, TDS. Until it is suitable to be wasted.
In addition, to the dry coagulated carried out incineration process.
Copper Recovery from PCB wastewater disposal
To recycle aqueous solution containing copper ion from Printed circuit board
manufacturing and fabrication using electro-winning method. This process shall
have two advantages manner; those are gained high purity copper metal and
minimizing copper content in wastewater. As known copper is unwanted element
in water disposal as its dangerous to human healthiness and environment. Proper
parameter of this process would be achieved by using ratio of anode and cathode
area, current density, and duration of process.
Study of literature water maker processes from brine
This study is conducted to perform effectiveness, less money consuming and
affordable process of water making from brine. In this study, we compare between
distillation and reverse osmosis from the aspect of setting up easiness,
performances, product quality, capacity, and cost.
Gasification of B3 Solid Waste Tank Cleaning results
Destroy waste from tank cleaning process by using a gasification and does not use

fuel.
Waste is eliminated include oil sludge, contaminated fabrics, scrapped paint and dry
paint, polyurethane material. Gasification tool is designed so that the final result in
the form of CO2 and water vapor, while the bottom products are mostly ashes. We
all know such products are environmental friendly.
