Terms and Conditions

1. The Pail and Bucket Housekeeping services shall provide janitorial services to
Southeast Asian Medical Center for a period of 2 years commencing from June 1

2015 to June 1 2017. 2. The Pail and Bucket Housekeeping services agrees to
provide services with 8 number of workers for 7 days of the week. 3. The Pail and
Bucket Housekeeping services workers shall be responsible for cleaning and dusting
doors, windows, glass, furniture, and office equipment on the Southeast Asian
Medical Center premises located at Bacoor, Cavite. However, they shall not handle
sensitive electrical or electronic equipment without pre-agreed-upon supervision.
The Pail and Bucket Housekeeping services shall be responsible for any damage to
furniture, doors, windows, glass or office property being cleaned that occur
specifically because of the cleaning workers negligence. The Pail and Bucket
Housekeeping services will try their best to reduce and rectify the damage. 4. An
appointed representative of Southeast Asian Medical Center must make any
complaints of misbehavior or negligence about our staff directly to the Manager of
Pail and Bucket Housekeeping services. Southeast Asian Medical Center may
request the company to remove any offending worker from the premises. However,
Southeast Asian Medical Center shall not subject the concerned worker to any
punitive action without the presence of a Pail and Bucket Housekeeping services
representative. After a proper verification of facts, the Pail and Bucket Housekeeping
services shall immediately replace the offending worker in such a situation. 5. This
contract is terminable at a notice of seven days from either side. Any outstanding
amount must be settled within fifteen days of the termination of the contract.
