Profile Statement
I am a focused, hardworking professional who is also a passionate and dedicated teacher with a
natural ability to appreciate and inspire children in the classroom. I am a double-degree graduate (Early
Childhood and Special Education) with a total of 2 years internship experience from the PDS (Professional
Development School) program at East Stroudsburg University. I have effectively taught students with learning
differences and intellectual disabilities. I am a passionate and understanding educator who understands how
to effectively meet the needs of all students and promote a positive learning environment. I have exhibited
excellent communication and collaboration skills throughout my PDS experiences by organizing a school wide
project to promote reading and literacy. As well as being an effective team player, I have demonstrated
abilities in leadership, planning and exceptional organization skills.
