SUPPLY OF PURE DRINKING WATER TO STUDENTS OF OUR SCHOOL
We recall with deep gratitude, your valuable contribution to the renovation of
toilets and construction of compound wall near the toilets in our School premises
3 years ago.
We are happy to tell you that the maintenance of the toilets has been
streamlined well and a menial staff is attending to the cleaning of toilets from
time to time during the day, hence cleanliness is ensured all the time.
We are taking the liberty of approaching you for your help in our endeavour to
supply pure drinking water to 250 students of our Primary and High Schools
located in the same premises. We have a bore which is having adequate store of
water. The water is salty and therefore we have installed an RO Plant in the
school kitchen to purify the salty water and supply pure drinking water to the
students. With passage of time, the entire set of candles of the RO equipment
got worn out and is to be replaced. We are having a scarcity of funds. The funds
for maintenance given to us by the Government is only Rs.27000 per year and it
is used mostly to pay salaries to the menial staff who do the sweeping and look
after upkeep of the premises. The set of candles costs Rs.11000 and the
quotation for the same is enclosed for your perusal. We request you to kindly
help us by donating this amount for a good cause. You may kindly make the
payment direct to suppliers.
Earlier, you have undertaken renovation of toilets with lot of enthusiasm and the
students of both of our schools are immensely benefited with your help. We are
sure, you will also help us in ensuring uninterrupted supply of pure drinking
water to our students by contributing to the candles for the RO Plant.
We also request you to kindly pay a visit to our school , and have a look at the
facilities offered to our students.
