CARACTERSTICAS TCNICAS
Los marcos y accesorios de andamios
FERMAR estn fabricados en acero de
alta calidad, tubo de 42 mm., estando
las soldaduras encastradas en los tubos,
garantizando as su seguridad. El tubo
del peldao es de 25. Se montan
con crucetas y barras de 25 y 29
mm. Posiblidad de colocar rodapis,
barandillas de seguridad y plataformas
de aluminio con trampilla para facilitar
el acceso por el interior del andamio.
El acabado de los componentes es una
pintura epoxi-poliester con tratamiento
fosfatado antixido garantizando la
anticorrosin.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Les cadres et accessoires des

chafaudages FERMAR sont fabriqus
en acier de haute qualit, tube de
42 mm., les soudures tant encastres
dans les tubes, garantissant ainsi leur
securit. Le tube de lchelon est de
25. Ils se monten avec des croisillons et
des lisses de 25 et 29 mm. Possibilit
dincorporer des plinthes, des gardecorps laterals et des planchers trappe
en aluminium pour faclit laccs
linterieur de lechafaudage. Les cadres
et accesories sont en peinture epoxipolyester avec traitement phosphat
antiroville.

Frames and accessories of FERMAR

scaffolding are manufactured with high
quality steel, tube of 42 mm. being
the weldings encastrated in the tubes,
warranting its safety. The step tube
is of 25. They are assembled with
crosspieces and bars of 25 mm. and
29 mm. Possiblility of incorporating all
kind of accesories like skirting boards,
safety guard rail and aluminium platforms
with window and ladder incorporated,
to facilitate the acces to the interior of
the scaffolding. Painted in oven with
monoacrylic paint with a non phosphated
treatment epoxi-polyester.

Los andamios FERMAR sirven lo mismo en construccin para

pequeos trabajos de albailera, que para grandes obras de
edificacin civil, o para rehabilitacin de fachadas.
Les chaufaudages standard de FERMAR servent aussi bien
la contruction de petits chantiers de maonnerie, qu celle de
grands chantiers civile, ou pour le ravalement des facades.
FERMAR standard scaffolding are useful in construction
for small brickwork, for large civil construction and for fronts
rehabilitation as well.

MONTAJE

Colocar los niveles husillo con el tubo

disco de inicio. Tambin es posible
incorporar directamente el montante
sobre los husillos de nivelacin.
Los unimos todos por las barras
longitudinales.
Colocamos encima los montantes
verticales.
Rigidizamos la estructura con las
diagonales y barras horizontales.
Incorporacin de los largueros para la
posterior colocacin de las plataformas
de trabajo y de aluminio con trampilla y
escalera.
Se colocan como las barandillas laterales,
los postes y rodapis.
Se vuelven a colocar los montantes
verticales.

MONTAGE

Anclaje a la pared del edificio o estructura.

Mettre le pied rglable et lembase
de dpart. Il est posible dincorporer
directement le poteau sur le pied rgable.
Assemblage des lisses par clavette
imperdable.
Fixation des poteaux.
Montage des diagonales et lisses
horizontales.
Incorporation des lisses standard (comme
traverses porte-planchers). Puis, mettre
les planchers en acier et ceux en alu/
bois trappe.
Installez les garde-corps et plinthes.
Amarrage a la faade.
Ainsi de suite jusquau dernir niveau.

ERECTION PROCEDURE

Place the starting collar on the jack

screws. It is possible to connect the
vertical standards directly over the jack
screws.
Connection of the jack screws by
assembling the horizontal bars.
Assemble the vertical standards on the
jacks and relevant ledgers on which we
will place the metallic and aluminium
boards.
Incorporate the diagonals and horizontal
bars. This will reinforce the structure of the
scaffolding.
Add safety guard-rails and skirting boards.
Anchor the scaffolding by using wall ties
or any other mean.
