ReportingdirectlytotheLeadPsychometrician,thesuccessfulcandidatewillbeinvolvedinanumberof
psychometric,statisticalandstrategicareasthesecouldincludeimpactevaluations,forexampleusing
randomisedcontrolledtrialsorquasiexperimentaldesigns.Fromtimetotimetheywillbeexpectedto
workcloselywithavarietyofdifferentresearchteamsacrossNFER,includingstatisticiansintheCentre
forStatisticsandresearchersintheCentreforAssessment.
Tobesuccessfulatthehigherendoftheindicatedsalaryrange,candidateswillneedtodemonstratean
abilitytotakethepsychometricleadonassessmentprojectsandassistinthefurtherdevelopmentofthe
Foundationspsychometriccapabilities.
