60+ million (largest at $21 million), which involved multiple rounds of negotiations with
the client.
Proactively supported and recommended alternative pricing mechanisms
which have appealed to clients and given HP the edge in deals.

built an FAQ questionnaire which is currently being used by the OC team worldwide.
