NASIPIT TALAMBAN CEBU CITY.
BOARD RESOLUTION NO. OI
SERIES OF 2016

A resolution requesting Christian Priorities in Life Cooperative to engaged BUY and SELL NFA
rice and commercial rice.
WHEREAS:
Christian Priorities in Life Cooperative treasurer Mrs. RAQUEL
DIVINAGRASYA went to abroad United States of America without a time of convenience when
she came back to the Philippines without prior notice.
WHEREAS: The said treasurer Mrs. RAQUEL DIVINAGRASYA failed to perform her
duties and responsibilities to registered the above Cooperative to complete stipulated papers
registration of books of account together with the TIN members of the said Christian Priorities
in Life Cooperative in Cebu.
WHEREAS: There in a matter of need to a person be in charged for cash and goods and
inventory to the advent of the fast membership and business expansion of the said Cooperative
(CPLC)
WHEREAS: Christian Priorities in Life Cooperative performed to engage a Buy and Sell
of NFA rice and Commercial rice.
WHEREAS: The volume of business transaction to suppliers and market demand of
members NFA rice and Commercial rice has been increased tremendously, now therefore the
motion is carried and second demotion by the Director and the Managing Director of the
(CPLC), that the payment of collection involved in cash the supplier and collection of the sales
from the members is to open a bank account at BDO J-MALL Center A/s Fortuna Steet
Mandaue City.
NOWTHEREFORE: The motion is carried and approved by the body seconded by the
treasurer the Managing and the Director, that the registration of books of account is a need of
person to be in charged for cash and inventory of goods with the fast advent of membership and
business expansion of the said (CPLC).
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT MS. THRILLY EZHEL P. ESPINOSA
APPOINTED AS A TREASURER TO HOLD AN OFFICE AND MANAGING THE CAPABILITY
OF BUSINESS EXPANSION PERFORMING THE RIGHT TO EXECUTE INFLOW AND
OUTFLOW OF THE BUSINESS MATTER CONCERNED.
