6- Try to use positive words and sense, as per the guide lines ,

7How to write the Subject line /punch line

Subject line is the punch line of the news, its a line NOT TRANSLATED but created
by the translator himself that gives a clear picture and idea as to what the news is all
about.
The subject line starts from the source country i,e from where the newspapers is being
published, if its Pakistani newspaper, you will write Pakistan at the start else
Afghanistan, and the line should not exceed 100 characters including spaces.
Example:
Pakistan: Article/report Urges Govt to Take Serious Measures Against Terrorism.
You can see that all the words in the subject line are initially capitalized.
Another important thing to note is to avoid use of article The in the subject line and if
the name of the source country is already in the text, no need to write it in the start.
example:
Report urges Pakistan, India to have friendly relationship.
Now there is no need to mention Pakistan in the start since it is being mentioned in the
line. And two things will be separated by "," not by and.

ARTICLE / EDITORIAL

Article is the one that has the writers name on it, its usually a 1000
or more words piece. For instance Hamid Mir writes an article whose
title is "Pak-Bharat Taluqat"
this is how it will be written.

Editorial donot have any name. So simple write Editorial: Pakistan
India Relations.
News reports: if the text mentions name of the reporter write it the
following way: report by Hamid Mir: "blast in Peshawar kills 10"
Report by INP: "Blast in Peshawar kills 10"
and if there is nothing proper mentioned, you can write it
"unattributed report".
The next different thing of the report is that after sub slug, the
report text translation starts from the source city. There is always
city name mentioned in the news. Following will be the format.
Pakistan: Report urges Govt to Take Measures against Terrorism
Report by sabir nazir: "Blast in Peshawar kills 10"
Peshawar -- Peshawar once again hit by
terrorists....................................................
................................
................ .....till the end.
