ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performing inspection for piping material storage & handling for visible damages. For
conformity to specification (size, scheduling, rating, marking, color code requirements)
mill certificates, packing list material identification and traceability according to material
types (pipe, elbow tee, reducer, weld-o-let, Nipple, etc.).
Prepare weld mapping of isometric drawings and dimension check of completed spools.
Reviewing piping isometrics drawing and details. Check all weld sizes, profile and
locations.
Verify heat number, inspection during fabrication and erection such as pipe cut length,
edge preparation, fit-up, branch connections, flanged joints, valve connections, bending
and forming, hot adjustment, bolt, nuts, washer, gasket and tolerances cleaning

requirements.
Check, installed piping components as per piping and instrument diagrams (P&ID).
Maintain and archive all documentation related to quality.
Maintain documentation and Traceability of the material.
Inspection of Structural supports as per Isometric Drawings.
Clearing of punch list and inspection release note.
Preparation and Client Approval of Hydro test Packages.
Co-ordinate with construction, testing group and QC department in the preparation of the
requirements of each test pack. Hydro testing and facilitate close out of any outstanding
punch items before and after Hydro test
Making detailed report for the testing carried out i.e. for UT, MPI, and PT.
