INTRODUCTION
The educational needs of students regardless of school level they are
in, truly a nature of life's financial responsibility of parents to be sustained.
As a person develops and grow as through personhood, their needs as well
changes and becoming more complex.
One of the rights a person must fulfill is to be at school, learning and
developing his/her abilities and to be well-mannered to explore life. But a
pre-requisite to this is the financial capability of parents to send their
children to school. Certain factors may affect the behavior of students in
terms of spending. Such factors are food, transportation, school-related
expenses and internet. Comparing high school and college expenses of
students can help parents forecast what amounts would they allocate to
sustain these needs of their children.
It is very essential to know how relative the school level of students
affects their allowances. Through floating of questionnaires, this research will
be able to know the significant difference between the expenses of high
school and college students.

was

carried

out

by

floating
