Delivering Documents and Parcel at various location of our clients destination


illustrated.
Pick-up the Parcel and Documents from Clients location to our Company
Processing Area.
Deliver Customs related International parcels and provide them to customs
department for processing updating those processes upon completion, update the
same to management.
Clear the issues on Customs if there exist documentation related conflict.
Processing the Parcel and proceed them for Outbound for Screening.
Verify the shipments and restrict the prohibited items, Report the same to upper
management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To search out the material according to stock no. and cleaning.
To keep the material on the racks, pallets and almirah as per location wise.
To issue receive the materials.

Personal verification of articles, placing of orders, prepare stock position notes,


inspection of delivered material by the supplier and the maintenance of different
requisites of indent and receipt materials, and data entry error correction in the
central store computer room etc.
The function of store is to store the access components to protect bin from damage
and dust To maintain the material stock position according to the requirement of
production.
To supply the components at proper place and proper time.
To receive the components and keep it current and correct stock position
according to validity.
To keep the material supply and use the proper and paper to protect from damage
of the threat.

Cash and Cheque collection

Sending out invoice to other company

Assisting Sales team as requested

Arrange for vehicle care and maintenance (i.e. oil change, tire rotation, cleaning,
etc.) based on service manual requirements and daily scheduled transportation
needs.

Maintain an accurate log for all transportation assignments.

Use extensive knowledge of the area and destinations to determine most


appropriate route.

Perform office administrative function for visitors to management's request such


as assistance in scanning invoices, generating internal payment & purchase related
forms, carrying out the task to completion.

Other duties as assigned by management. Duties are subject to change as per


management requirements.
