configuring their network and setting the device up on the network as well as insuring
that their setup requirements environmentally for a good wireless signal and offering
solutions if it did not.

I have performed many duties at Endurance from front line support to migration support
from new platforms. I most recently fulfilled the role of a web concierge, assisting and
educating clients on the tools and techniques of web building, primarily in Wordpress and
Weebly. I perform HTML and CSS fixes, installs, site moves etc for my customers and
will teach them these skills if desired. I have worked with various languages such as php
and javascript. I worked with ecommerce solutions for my customers as well. I worked
in a fast paced environment troubleshooting and editing websites while on the telephone
with the clients as this is a large component of the job.
