1) Period: 10.2016 - present
Position: Financial Analyst
Company: DB Cargo, Timisoara
Responsibilities:

Rail freight transportation services, subsidiary of transportation and logistics activities

of Deutsche Bahn Group, Germany;
Involvement on a short term project related to the knowledge transfer towards a shared
service centre for the Finance and Accounting Business Unit.
2) Period: 09.2015 08.2016
Position: Financial Analyst
Company: Bunzl Canada, Burlington
Responsibilities:
Manage the financial month-end and year-end closing process in HFM and ensure that
all deadlines (internal/external) are met;
Preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, including financial statements;
Participation in various month-end and year-end activities including analysis of
schedules, variance analysis, statements and reports for internal/external distribution;
Tracking of key performance indicators and analysis of results to identify
opportunities for improvement;
Support the internal audit for newly acquired companies and corporate external audit;
Liaise with US parent company finance team and Canadas subsidiaries as required;
Assist management with ad-hoc reports, analysis and other projects as needed.

Position: IFRS Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:

Manage the financial month-end and year-end closing process (IFRS reporting
package and specific deliverables in HFM);
Senior involvement in implementing SAP (migration, testing);
Monthly review of balance sheet, income statement and other forms and specific
disclosures; analysis of capital expenditure, operating result and other specific
financial indicators (actual versus budgeted);
Assist in the preparation of budgets; liaise with parent company finance team in
Germany as required;
Maintain relationship with external auditor, responsible for preparing group IFRS
financial statements, supporting internal activities related to the audit, with very good
feedback from PwC, the groups auditor;
Senior involvement in implementing the platform for internal controls; ensure
compliance with company procedures, in order to improve the internal control system;
Monthly closing procedure in SAP Controlling, cost center reporting and investigation
of deviations; preparation of different reports and analysis on KPIs;
Assist management with ad-hoc reports, analysis and other projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

Participation in financial due diligence projects - review of financial statements, of

capital expenditures and business plan;
Participation in business valuation projects for M&A, including, but not limited to,
preparation of operational files for DCF and review of different financial data .

(identifying the control type, the testing procedure, test results, gaps identified and
reports, conclusion on test results, action plan).
