City Mayor, Zamboanga City

Thru: ENGR. LUIS VICENTE L. DESPALO

City Engineer, Zamboanga City

Madame / Sir:

Peace!
The Bunguiao National High School is awaiting for the completion of a
Two-Storey, Four Classroom Building under the Department of Education
(DepEd) and Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). This new
academic building will greatly help the school in housing the students
particularly, the Grade 11 and the incoming Grade 12 under the Senior High
School. Fortunately, the school will be a recipient of another school building
coming from the DepEd and DPWH, this time around, a Three-Storey, Nine
Classroom Edifice will be erected in the school campus. The construction of
the new building will commence not later than November 6, 2016.
The school head is writing your office to ask permission for the
Demolition of Five (5) CONGRESSIONAL BUILDING which was given by the
National Government in particular, the Department of Education, Culture and
Sports (DECS) and DPWH during the early 1990s thru the effort of the late
then Congresswoman Maria Clara L. Lobregat. The said buildings are already
dilapidated and are hazardous to both teachers and students, but, despite of
the condition it is still being utilize to facilitate the Day-to-Day operation of
the school. The Demolition of the 5 buildings will give way to the ThreeStorey Nine Classroom Building and a future construction of a School Covert
Court.
We believe that Change is inevitable but sometimes, it is necessary to
Achieve Development and Progress which in return gives Prosperity to Ones
Community.
Anticipating your favorable response.
Thank you and God bless.

Very truly yours,

RAYMOND M. SALVADOR
Secondary School Principal I
