Epiphany of the Lord

Herod was frightened of Jesus. He feared Jesus would replace him and he would lose
control. In families fear appears when we are threatened by what is out of our control.
We fret but it does no good. Give these situations to the Lord and let Him lead us like
He led the Magi.

Please pray for our Sick especially: John Baylock, Joseph Benear, Betty Bartel, Jack

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord!

314 Holy Hours were kept before the Blessed Sacrament this past week. Jesus
dwells with us in the Blessed Sacrament to lighten our burden by comforting us
in all our afflictions, strengthening us in all our weaknesses and temptations,
encouraging us in all our disappointments. (St. Mother Theresa) Dont we all
need this at some point in our lives? Call Mary Jane at 330-753-9979 or Barb 330848-2024 if you are ready to say yes.

Bishop Robert Barron is on a new journey to unlock the truth behind the Catholic
Church's most influential people. CATHOLICISM: The Pivotal Players is a multipart series that illumines a handful of saints, artists, mystics, and scholars who not
only shaped the life of the Church but changed the course of civilization. You are
invited to join us each Thursday at 7pm to 8:15pm for Fr. Barrons Catholicism: The
Pivotal Players beginning January 12, 2017 with a look at ST. FRANCIS - The Reformer Rebuild my
Church! Thats the mission Christ gave to St. Francis and its the perennial task of the Church in
every age of its life. But how is the reform and renewal of the Church to be accomplished? The life of
St. Francis demonstrates that Christ intends the foundations of true and lasting reform to be built on
the solid rock that is the radical witness of the saints.

creating or updating your estate plan, please consider helping us grow our parish ministry for future
generation by including our parish as a beneficiary of your will, trust, retirement plan or life insurance
