CONTRACT OF LEASE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement executed this 7th day of March, 2016 at San Ildefonso, Bulacan,
by and between:
ALLIEMAY ENTERPRISES, a business duly organized under the laws of the
Philippines, with principal office in Barangay San Juan, San Ildefonso, Bulacan,
registered and owned by PERRY SAMANIEGO, Filipino, of legal age, married and a
resident of Barangay San Juan, San Ildefonso, Bulacan, hereinafter referred to as
LESSOR;
-andGEODIS LOGISTICS CORP., a corporation duly organized and under the laws
of the Philippines, with principal office in B. F. Martine Ville Manuyo 2, Las Pias City,
registered and owned by MANUEL R. VILLACORTE, Filipino, of legal age, married
and a resident of Barangay Lapnit, San Ildefonso, Bulacan, hereinafter referred to as
the LESSEE.
WITNESSETH: That 1. That, the LESSOR hereby lets and leases unto the LESSEE his twelve units of motor
vehicle (trucks), the copy of the Official Reciept/Certificate of Registrations (OR/CR)
are attached to this document;
2. That, the said motor vehicles are all with franchise (for hire) with a route from San
Ildefonso, Bulacan to anywhere in the Philippines;
3. That, the said motor vehicles will be used to transport goods of the LESSEE;
4. That the monthly rental shall be in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P100,000.00) per month per unit, payable at the end of each and every month;
5. That the term of this contract shall commence from March 7, 2016 and will end on
March 7, 2017 and automatically renewed from year to year unless sooner
terminated by a notice of at least thirty (30) days before such termination;
6. That all the expenses for the registration, insurance, tire, battery, fuel, care and
maintenance of the leased units, as well as any and all damages and liabilities caused
to third parties or the public by reason of any accident whatsoever, shall be fore the
sole account of the LESSOR;
7. That the LESSEE shall not sublease the unit to any other person;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 7th day
of March 2016, in San Ildefonso, Bulacan, Philippines.
