PROJECT CHARTER
CAR PARK HOUSE

This Charter formally authorizes the project to commence for the design of
single-storey home for a family situated on the edge of a steep slope in stage of
the building services. A project plan will be developed and submitted to the
Project Sponsor for approval. Commencement of project activities will begin
upon approval of the project plan and the resources to execute it handed over by
the Project Sponsor. Included in the project plan are to be a scope statement;
schedule; cost estimate; budget; and provisions for scope, resource, schedule,
communications, quality, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management as
well as project control.

PROJECT PURPOSE
The Car Park House is a modern residence for businessman Paul Garcia and
his family situated at Susana Heights Subdivision, Munitinlupa and is
located along a sloping site.
The project is to bring the lifestyle of the family in a well spent scheduled
manner. The overall design and requirements meets the desired date for
faster completion by construction and project management in accordance
to consider the key constraints of the stakeholders.

The boundaries of the project are limited to providing the following:
Design and construction of house and fence
Installation of architectural finishes
