ANTWERP TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

REGULAR MEETING
THURSDAY JANUARY 25, 2001

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairperson Glen Wilkinson

Board Members Present: Margaret Grabbe, Bonnie Osborne, Joe Stimac, Gary Stock
and Glen Wilkinson.
Board Members Absent: None
Also Present: Two guests.
Motion by Stock, second by Osborne to approve the agenda as presented.
Motion carried.

All voted in favor.

Motion by Stock, second by Osborne to approve the minutes of the December 28, 2000 meeting as
published. All voted in favor.
Motion carried.
New Business:
a.

Motion by Stock, second by Stimac to deny the request by Timothy Sage for a variance to build a
home, as it does not meet the requirements of section 4.62 of the zoning ordinance. Property address is
28506 66th Avenue, Lawton MI 49065. Property number is 80-020-0028-006-10, tax plate number is
397-E in section 28 and is zoned Medium Density.
Roll call vote: Stimac-yes, Osborne-yes, Stockyes, Grabbe-yes and Wilkinson-yes.
Motion carried.
