    ADDITIONOF IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT
    Tender No: CEB/AGM/(Pr)/PD-KCCPP2016
    1. This is further to the Paper Advertisement appeared on November 18, 2016 on Ceylon Daily
    News regarding the calling of Request for Proposals for the above power project.
    2. It is now decided to provide an Implementation Agreement (IA) guaranteeing the payment
    terms of the PPA by the Government of Sri Lanka which will be entered into between the
    Project Company and the Government of Sri Lanka.
