Nutricin Animal
Marcela Patricia Rojas Mndez
Zootecnista MSc. Lder de Enzimas Pases Andinos
Introduccin
Introduccin
Necesidad de ser eficientes: fbrica de
alimentos y granjas.
Calidad variable de las materias primas.
Costos de ingredientes con tendencia al
alza.
Control de los costos de produccin:
alimento 75-80%.
Optimizar el uso de los nutrientes
disponibles.
Introduccin
La biodisponibilidad de nutrientes es
afectada por varios factores :
Especie animal. Capacidad digestiva, i.e.
Actividad enzimtica.
Estado fisiolgico, edad, etc.
La concentracin y composicin del nutriente:
Formas qumica (P-Fitato) y Fsica.
Presencia de factores con actividad
antinutricional (Lignina, Taninos, Polisacridos
no almidones PNA).

Tenemos los recursos para aumentar la
digestibilidad de los nutrientes presentes en las
dietas.
El uso estratgico de las enzimas nos permite
reducir el costo de kilogramo de carne de pollo,
cerdo, y del huevo sin reducir la calidad nutricional
de las dietas.
