Documents Folder
The Documents folder allows moderators and presenters to place files of any format
or links in a shared folder so attendees can access them. It provides a great way to
include supporting documents to your webinars, trainings or collaborative meetings.
Please note the Documents folder was not designed for real-time sharing (showing) of
a document but more as a hand-out of documents or links you would want attendees to
have on their own computers.
Examples of use:
You can also set a document as private, in which case only other presenters and
moderators may access the resources.
