1. Currently the process of publishing a new database on Citrix or updating the bat file starts with an email
that contains information regarding the database location and name:

2. RDP onto "carsrv2"

3. Once logged onto carsrv2 the Citrix bar will be located on the desktop (typically on the left hand side).
Click the "Access Management Console" (the second icon from the bottom). The "Access Management
Console" button has been highlighted in red below:

The Command line is a combination of two values the first value does not change:
Value 1 of Command line:
C:\Program Files\LexisNexis\Concordance\concordance.exe
The second value is unique to the specific database that will be published. The path provided in he email
above is:
O:\ConcDB\INSCORP v Kenning\KENNING PROD DTBS\DATABASE\28074_1_Kenning_Prod_Nysupreme.Dcb

This path will be modified to correct for the Citrix server to find the database:
\\fs1\vol3\ConcDB\INSCORP v Kenning\KENNING PROD DTBS\DATABASE\28074_1_Kenning_Prod_Nysupreme.Dcb

What was specifically replacing "O:" with "\\fs1\vol3", nothing else in the path needs to be changed.
Value 2 of Command line:
\\fs1\vol3\ConcDB\INSCORP v Kenning\KENNING PROD DTBS\DATABASE\28074_1_Kenning_Prod_Nysupreme.Dcb
*IMPORTANT* Please be sure to wrap each value in double quotes (") due to spaces in the path if no quotes the system will
follow the path until it hits the first space ( ) in the path then fail.
Combination of Value 1 and Value 2 to form correct Command line path (all one line):
"C:\Program Files\LexisNexis\Concordance\concordance.exe" "\\fs1\vol3\ConcDB\INSCORP v Kenning\KENNING PROD
DTBS\DATABASE\28074_1_Kenning_Prod_Nysupreme.Dcb"
