CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
ALL Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before October 1, 2010 (by September 27, 2010), in
order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made between September 28 and September 30 are
subject to a 15% penalty charge and the remaining balance will be refunded. Any cancellations made
October 1 through 3 are subject to a 25% penalty charge and the remaining balance will be returned in
the form of a store credit.

Cootie Coo Creations will provide all materials necessary for any particular class UNLESS otherwise
noted. Two-sided tape will be available for use, but for those who prefer tape runners or other adhesives,
please bring or purchase your own. In addition, each participant is expected to have her own basic kit
which should include at least all of the following:
Adhesive (tape runners, glue sticks, etc.), 3-D or Pop Dots, Metal Ruler, X-acto (or similar) Knife, Small
Cutting Mat, Prisma Color Pencils, Micro-tip or Detail Scissors, Bone Folder and/or Stylus, Small Paper
Trimmer.
Please make sure all of your personal property is clearly labeled or identified.

SPECIALS:
DISCOUNT CLASS CARD.
Buy a discount class card good for any five (5) classes (except sewing classes) for just $100. In other
words, your first (or most expensive) 5 classes will cost just $100; any additional classes will be
calculated at the regular fee. Participants MUST register for and attend all 5 classes to utilize this
option (there are NO partial refunds).
COOK-OUT.
Tickets are required for Saturday night’s cook-out. The fixings will include hot dogs, hamburgers and
chicken with lots of trimmings. Go ahead and eat your heart out – ha! Everyone attending will get
“freebies” and giveaways and one lucky person will win the drawing for a great basket of prizes and
goodies! A steal at $20 a person!

FREE EVENTS:
FREE MAKE N TAKES.
Friday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 pm everyone is invited to an evening of FREE Make N Takes and light
refreshments. Hang out and mingle and have a grand ole time!
FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.
On Sunday morning, from 9:00 – 10:00 am anyone who took a class over the Cootie Coo Craziness weekend
is invited to join the gang for a simple but satisfying continental breakfast to get the juices flowing. This
treat includes you folks who may be heading home.
FREE SESSION BREAKS.
On both Friday and Saturday afternoons from 3:30 – 4:00 pm everyone is invited to relax with a can of
soda or bottle of water and snacks to let your minds and bodies relax a bit.
