Mane
(lion)
To get the lion mane look I used the loop stitch.
http://youtu.be/iuR0OlDqH0g
To begin I made a circle using the loop stitch, around
the head in front of the ears.
After that I filled up the space by crocheting in a
spiral using the loop stitch from the outside to the
inside.

TIE
Chain 21.
Join the chain around the neck of the animal by using a slip stitch.
Chain 10
hdc in third chain from hook, make 7 more hdc in each chain after that.
End off by making a slip stitch at the begin chain around the neck.
BOW
Chain 7
6sc, chain 1
6sc, chain 1
6sc, chain 1
End off, leave a long thread and weave it to the centre of the bow.
Wind it around the middle for several times make a knot and leave a small
piece of thread to attach it to the head.
You can make a bow in several sizes.
Bows can be made in all shapes and sizes. Look for youself what you like. You can make a longer
chain and fold it to get a thicker bow.
