of spiritual consciousness, someone who doesn't see the world and react to it
like everyone else, someone who is beyond envy, judgment and prejudice.
Their presence is infectious: you start to imbibe their consciousness and
qualities. You experience more compassion and kindness than you've ever
known, not just for other people, but for all of God's creation.
You want to serve like never before. You become a better person than you
have ever been; perhaps the very person you always wanted to be. And
realizations flow into your heart like pearls of wisdom from heaven. It is a gift
from one heart to another. You cherish the gift, you live it and you share it.
Why Immesion Coaching is Unique
This is what 1on1 Immersion Coaching is all about - and why it is different
from any other kind of coaching.
Like other top coaches Martin could help you achieve new levels of success,
change what you want to change, improve what you want to approve, and
overcome limiting beliefs and behaviors, everything you would expect from
any professional coach with almost five decades of experience. But
Immersion Coaching is so much more than this (and all the above mentioned
results show up as a by-product anyway).
Going Faster in the Wrong Direction
During Martin's 47 years of teaching and coaching he consistently found that
social conditioning misdirects people into striving for goals that reflect an
alienation from their spiritual essence, goals they believe are important for
them but ultimately leave very important aspects of themselves
untouched. This can happen even with those who think they are being
spiritual. This requires a deep level of clarity and wisdom to understand and
shfit and is something Martin has dedicated his life to revealing.
All coaches help us find better ways of achieving goals, but in traditional
coaching our consciousness, lifestyle, and paradigms are just given a facelift,
not a paradigm shift. The result is that we are in a better place, but still along
a path that isn't going to lead us to what we, as souls, really want and need
to be. We might end up having more success and less emotional turmoil - all
good things and this will make the journey more pleasant. But a pleasant
journey along a road leading us away from what our heart most deeply
hankers for is a successful way to fail.
Martin doesnt take this route because he knows that until you clearly
connect with your inner spiritual essence on the deepest levels, your choices
for what you want and need will always leave you feeling that something
more is needed to make you whole, when in fact as a spiritual being you
already are whole.
With so much experience helping people getting more deeply in touch with
and living their spiritual essence, Martin is dedicated to giving you a life,
vision and future that only a person of his wisdom, insight and experience is
able to give.
This is not just about making a shift, this is about changing the whole
paradigm.
What Can You Expect?
Expect the unexpected. As the Buddha said, Enlightenment is everything
you think it isnt. Many people say a weekend with Martin was the best
weekend of their lives - and it changed them forever. I think you'll say the
same thing.

make ourselves happy and make others happy, we will awaken the happiness that is
our birthright, the spiritual happiness we were all born to experience. Most of what
we do to make ourselves happy is actually taking us further away from it.
Happiness is a state of consciousness, not a state of owning, possessing or
controlling. That is why some of the poorest people can be happy and some of the
wealthiest depressed. If you live in lower consciousness, having, achieving, or
position will only give temporary satisfaction because it cannot change your
consciousness. And it will get old fast and youll look for more of it or something
different . But the something more you are looking for is already within you, you are
just not looking there. You just have to find, claim it and live it.
Be Natural
People are unhappy because they live unnatural lives. I spent many years living in a
village in India observing the natural rhythms of life. What is today considered
cutting edge alternative thinking and living in the West is how every village person
has been thinking and living since the dawn of time. What is normal and natural
to us today is in reality abnormal and unnatural.
Boxed In
We sit in a box (car), drive to another box (cubicle), sit under artificial light for
longer hours than humans should work - often doing work humans shouldn't have to
do - and then get back in the box to drive home to sit in front of a box to recuperate
from the effects of the other boxes.
This isn't right. It is alienating. And what's worse, we might not even realize this is
weird!
We work long hours at jobs we dont like to get money to buy things we dont need
that will never make us happy. Work, work, spend, spend. It is a vicious cycle. And
some of us dont even realized we are trapped in the cycle. And that is worst part of
this mess.
Divorced From Whats Real
We are divorced from the earth. We dont grow our food or see our food being
grown. We rarely touch the earth with our feet (which grounds us) and we eat food
depleted of nutrition. We see some animals as pets and others as commodities
meant to suffer to satisfy our appetites for a food that we neither require to survive
or is healthy.
More Connections, Less Relationships
We have less and less time to cultivate meaningful relationships. To counteract the
natural unhappiness that has resulting from the disconnection our wireless
connections create,
Who am I?
We are alienated from self. Society molds us into what it wants us to be, not what
we were meant to be. When alienated from our gifts and calling, we die with our
music in us. No amount of sensual gratification can fill the emptiness this kind of life
creates. But we try to fill it by over engaging in activities that really just mask our
misery: alcohol, sex, work, shopping, etc. Often, what we call happiness is only our
ability to mask or forget our pain.
Clouded Spirituality
Having deeply studied and practiced spirituality at a young age, it immediately
became apparent to me, that I, like too many people, had either only a vague
conception of spirituality or a completely misconstrued idea of it. Many have the
illusion of being spiritual while the glaring symptoms of their spiritual bankruptcy
go unnoticed. This problem has reached epidemic proportions today. Religion
without love, compassion and sacrifice is religion only in name. Feeling spiritual,
which ironically often manifests as feeling better than the less spiritual, has become
obnoxiously common. It is destructive individually and socially.
The Four Relationships
We have four important relationships in life. Relationships with:
The earth
Ourself
Other People
Our Source
When we are alienated from these four relationships, we are forced to find pleasure
in perverted ways. And the harder we try, the less we find, which only make us try
harder. The vicious cycle then continues ad infinitum.
