COMPLAINT
COMES NOW, plaintiff, by counsel and to this Honorable Court,
respectfully states that:
1. Pedra Inutangan, plaintiff, is of legal age, Filipino, single and a
resident of Malolos, Bulacan;
2. The defendant, Juana Nangutang is also of legal age, Filipino, single
and a resident of Malolos, Bulacan;
3. That on May 17,2016, the defendant borrowed from the plaintiff in the
sum of P20,500.00 and with the terms and conditions of:
a. The sum of money shall be paid by the end of month of November
2016.

4. That the defendant failed to pay the said amount despite demands
made orally and in writing (attached as Annex A)
5. That due to the unjust refusal of defendant to comply with the
demands, plaintiff was compelled to the filing of instant action
engaging the services of counsel in the amount of P7,000.00.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, plaintiff respectfully prays for judgment in his favor
through a decision directing defendant to pay him P27,500.00 for the sum of
money and attorneys fees.
