contact, request and obtain information from any credit provider (or potential credit provider) or registered credit bureau
relevant to an assessment of the behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and
creditworthiness of the tenant;

Before occupation
I undertake to supply Forestdale Properties, on each person that will stay in the flat before we move in, with the
following:
1. Clear copy of SA ID with clear photo.
2. I agree to pay a deposit equal to two (2) months rent.
3. I undertake to sign the lease agreement with addendums before I/we occupy the flat.
4. I will send this form with proof of payment to Fax 086 6969 351 or email to info@forestdaleproperties.co.za
In the event of retracting or cancelling this application to reserve an apartment, which will become automatic if I did not take
occupation the agreed occupation date, I request that the owner of such property find a replacement tenant, and that
said deposit may be applied to offset the sourcing fee and loss of income, resulting from my retracting. I undertake to pay
on demand, other costs that may be incurred as result of the above retracting. I agree to forfeit my deposit if I supply
information regarding myself or my proposed co-tenants that are false or misleading.
