Hagonoy Crossing, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur, Philippines, am an owner and
possessor of a parcel of land, identified as Lot No. 3905, Cad-275, containing
an area of Sixty Nine Thousand & Eighty Four (69,084) square meters, more or
less, situated at Hagonoy Crossing, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur, covered by TCT No.
T-19950;
That I, on this date have, named, constituted and appointed, EUGENIO
D. DEREQUITO , likewise of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of,
Hagonoy Crossing, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to perform the
following powers and acts to wit:

To enter into and sign a lease contract with the LAPANDAY/GADECO

for the leasing of the property covered by TCT No. T-19950 as
above-mentioned;

To receive the lease rental thereof;
