We will also conduct periodical Audit of records under above legislations and will also assist in conducting
periodical statutory inspections.
We ensure you to up-date with every amended or added notifications and implementation of new/ revised
legislations timely. You may feel rest assured of prompt services & peak satisfaction always.

1. Exclusions for both proposals :


a.) Appearing before conciliation officer and labour court WC commissioner and Authority under MWA
and PWA, EPFO and any Govt. Concern Authority.
b.) Drafting Standing Orders
c.) Conducting Domestic Enquires
d.) Conducting Training Programmes (External or Myself)
e.) Any new statutory certificate & license and Audits payment.

2. Mandatory Visits to Oversee Documentation and Compliances :


Proposal A Monthly (04 Visits Only)
Proposal B Per Day Visit

3. Charges
Proposal A Rs. 12000/Proposal B Rs. 3000/Other Terms & Condition
1. All the document and Monthly salary and other required remittance details will be provide by
organization.
2. All the hospitality will be from organization side including Tea, Breakfast, lunch. If in case required stay
so loading, boarding, and dinner will be provide by organization.
3. Traveling by Train, Rent Car or flight for organization work will be provide by organization.
4. All Statutory Audits Payments after the Audit.
5. Monthly Service Payments pay through Cheque on 7th day of every coming month.
6. Yearly Statutory Audit Payment through cash after audit report will sign by
Factory/Labour/PF/EE/MWA/PWA, etc. Inspector or officer.
