TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.
Our placement charges are 8.33% of annual gross salary (CTC). Payable within 30 days of
joining of our candidate.
2
It would be your responsibility to inform us, if you select any candidate sent to you by us and
check as well as verify all the information and documents submitted to you by the applicant and or by S
K Management Consultant.
3.
In case the need to advertise is identified, and then we shall prepare draft advertisement, get
the same approved from Client Company and release the advertisement. The client company will bear
all the expenses on this account.
4.
We will replace the candidate free of cost if the candidate leaves the company within Three
months from the date of joining.
5.
The candidate will report for the interview at your place along with the interview call letter
provided by us and a copy of His/ Her updated resume on the determined day, date and time.
