Requirements:
Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in
Marketing / Business Studies from a
reputable University
8 - 10 years of experience in a
well-recognized FMCG Industry
(preferably beverage company) with a
minimum of 5 years of experience in
sales management
Proven track record of driving sales
growth in competitive & mass
categories
Written & verbal communication in English
is a must, conversant in Mandarin and/or
other Chinese dialects is an added
advantage
Excellent communication & presentation
skill
Experience of managing team & developing
junior people
Strong business acumen, able to develop
plan & budget, build system & operate
within those guidelines
Willing to travel - locally & overseas
