a. A minimum number of credits must be acquired in each skills area. The relevant details are set down by D-MTEC in separate guidelines
(Study Plan). These guidelines can set down the minimum number of credits greater than 42, but not less than 42.
b. If the required number of credits in a skills area can no longer be acquired the Masters degree programme in MTEC will be regarded as

failed and the student in question will be excluded from the degree programme.

Individual major field

Specialization in one field. In the 1. semester the students choose a tutor from the professors of D-MTEC. The tutor defines in agreement with
the student an individual curriculum of the major field; this curriculum consists of core and elective subjects.
