Luther N. Webster & This Indenture made the twentieth day of March in the year one
Robert Parks thousand eight hundred and twenty four Between Luther N Webster
Administrators &c and Robert Parks administrators of all and singular the goods and
To chattels rights and credits of Aaron Webster late of the County of
Nathaniel Millard Oakland deceased of the first part and Nathaniel Millard of the County
aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in their capacity as
Administrators and in pursuance of a license and authority granted to them by the Justice of the County
Court of the County aforesaid in the term of February in the year aforesaid and agreeable to the fourth
section of the act entitled “An act directing the settlement of the estates of persons deceased and for the
conveyance of Real Estate in certain cases” adopted made and published the twenty seventh day of July
one thousand eight hundred and eighteen have granted bargained sold remised aliened and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien release and convey unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece or tract of land situate in the County
aforesaid being the East half of the South East quarter of section numbered six and the south east
quarter of section numbered five of township numbered two North in Range Eleven East within the
District of Detroit in the Territory of Michigan containing two hundred and forty acres of land according
to the official plat and survey of the same returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General
except a piece or parcel of the same on the East line of the South East quarter of said section
numbered five which is not to exceed Ten acres. Together with all the improvements profits and
appurtenances whatsoever to the said premises in anywise belonging or appertaining and all the estate
right title interest property claim and demand which he the said Aaron Webster had at the time of his
decease of in and to the same To Have and to Hold the premises aforesaid unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever to his and their only proper use benefit and behoof forever

Be it remembered that on the nineteenth day of April one thousand eight hundred and twenty four came
before me Johnson Niles one of the Justices of the County of Oakland Territory of Michigan the within
named Luther N Webster and Robert Parks administrators of the Estate of the late deceased Aaron
Webster known to me to be the persons described in and who executed the within deed and
acknowledged that they severally signed sealed and delivered the said deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned all which I do accordingly certify according to the Statute in such cases made and
provided
