to request a free recycling kit.

 all 1-800-SANDVIK or send an e-mail to
us.coromant@sandvik.com to obtain a Recycle Return
Authorization (RRA) number and a current price per
pound quote.

U
 se the collection boxes at each machine or cell to
collect used carbide inserts and solid carbide drills
and endmills. All carbide inserts and solid carbide
tools, both coated and uncoated, will be accepted.
F ill the transportation boxes with carbide collected
from each machine or cell. Put used carbide inserts
and solid carbide drills and endmills in separate
boxes (see restrictions below).

For over 10 years, Sandvik Coromant has


been proud to offer their customers an easy
way to recycle their carbide inserts and solid
carbide drills and endmills, and get paid for
doing it.
Simply order a recycling kit from us and get
started today. The kit is FREE and is easy to
use, and you will be paid per pound of carbide
recycled.

Our free recycling kit includes instructions, recycling


return form, plastic collection container and a
transportation box with shipping label.

F ill in the customer information and the RRA number


in the customer information box on the back page of
the return form and on the return label provided in
the kit. This information will ensure that you receive
your check without delay.
S
 hip the full box or boxes using the shipping label
included in the kit. Be sure to include a copy of the
return form in each box you return.
A
 refund check based on current price per pound
times the weight of the returned carbide, will be
mailed to you within 2 3 weeks after receipt of the
shipment.

Please have your RRA number ready when you call.

You probably recycle cans, paper, plastic and


other materials already. This is just one more
way we can work together to help protect
the environment and improve your business
operations.
Return restrictions
Include only stand-alone inserts; carbide cannot be
connected or brazed to any other material.
We do not accept cermet or ceramic inserts. These items
are not recyclable. Please do not return these inserts.
