As People of the United States, we set forth this Constitution to structure and organize
our government. The Articles and Sections within this Constitution are the guiding will
and principle of the people. For we believe in a fair and just government created by the
people and for the people.

ARTICLE ONE: THE EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT:

The President must:

Be elected by the popular vote of the people every eighth month.

Present an address before the Congress every month.

Remain in contact with Congress at least once every week.
Appear by order of a Congressional Subpoena, when submitted during an
investigation.
Present to Congress, a declaration of war. To which Congress has the power to
accept or reject.
Have been a citizen for over 4 months at the time of election.

The President has the ability to:

Lead the government within the guideline set forth by this Constitution.
Send military assistance to allies.
Formulate and Host diplomatic relations.
Create and write Executive Orders.
Create Operational Departments, with the consent of Congress.
Appoint with the consent of Congress, the heads of Operational Departments.
Remove the Heads of Operational Departments.
Veto laws passed by Congress.

The Vice President has the ability to:

Assume the duties and responsibilities of the President when he/she is absent for
more than the term given. Also in the event of impeachment or resignation.
To serves in place of the President at formal events when requested by the
President.

ARTICLE ONE, SECTION ONE: OATHS OF OFFICE:

A representative may be chosen by Congress to administer the oath of office.

ARTICLE ONE, SECTION ONE, CLAUSE ONE: PRESIDENTIAL OATH OF OFFICE:

President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, Preserve, Protect,
and Defend the Constitution and the Laws of this nation. That I will defend
against all enemies, Foreign and Domestic, and that I will within my strength.
Guide and lead this honorable nation.
ARTICLE ONE, SECTION ONE, CLAUSE TWO: VICE PRESIDENTIAL OATH:
I (Full Name), do solemnly swear, that I will faithfully execute the Office of the
Vice President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, Preserve,
Protect, and Defend the Constitution and the Laws of this nation.

ARTICLE ONE, SECTION ONE, CLAUSE THREE; DEPARTMENT HEAD OATH:

I (Full Name), do solemnly swear, that I will support and defend the Constitution
and the Laws of this nation. That I will discharge the duties and responsibilities of
the Office of _______ to the best of my abilities.

ARTICLE TWO: CONGRESS

Congress serves as the primary check and balance for the Executive Branch, Congress
also serves as the primary forum for political discussion and debate.
Congresspersons must:
- Be elected by popular vote every fourth month.
- Have been a citizen for a month.
- Never have been convicted of a crime.
- Submit to a Congressional peer review every second month after election.
- Leave office if convicted of a crime.
- Maintain contact with Congress at least once every week.
- Vote as a member of Congress unless absent.

ARTICLE TWO: CONGRESS: SECTION ONE: COMPONENTS:

Congressional components are:

(Person) Speaker of the House, elected by members of Congress.
(Person) Committee Chairperson, elected by members of the Committee.
(Committees) Judiciary Committee, Foreign Affairs Committee, Armed Services
Committee, and Intelligence Committee.

ARTICLE TWO: CONGRESS: SECTION TWO: POWERS:

Congress has the power to:
- Declare war, with the consent of the President.
- Investigate the misuse of Executive Powers.
- Hold trials of Impeachment for any Executive or Head of Department.
- Hold criminal trials for any member regardless of position.
- Remove Operational Departments, with the consent of the President.
- Subpoena persons, or information relevant to investigations.
- Create Congressional Committees.
- Remove Congressional Committees.
- Create and pass laws, with the consent of the President.
- Override a Presidential veto by a vote of more than two-thirds in favor.

ARTICLE THREE: RULES AND REGULATIONS

Below is a list of applicable rules and regulations pertaining to the section name.

ARTICLE THREE: SECTION ONE: CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES

Congressional Committees are sub groups that divide the work of Congress into
manageable sections.
Each Committee is filled by members of Congress selected by the Speaker.
Every member of Congress must be on a minimum of two Committees and is only
permitted to chair one.
Committees are created by a simply majority vote and dissolved by the same, however
the following committees can not be dissolved: Foreign Affairs, Armed Services,
Judiciary and Intelligence Committees.

Bills that are pertinent to a Committees work must be passed in the Committee before
being set to vote in the full House, with the exception of Amendment Bills.

ARTICLE THREE: SECTION TWO: DEPARTMENTS:

Executive Departments are operational or intelligence divisions that are created to
perform duties that would otherwise be handled directly by the President. As such each
Executive Department serves as interdependent organizations that assist the Office of
the President in fulfilling its duties.
Heads of Departments (be their title Secretary or Director), are empowered by the
President to act on behalf of the President at any given time. The President may choose
at any point to remove the head of a department at which point the longest serving
member of the department serves as interim-(Secretary or Director) during the vacancy.
Heads of Departments are appointed by the President and confirmed by Congress,
should Congress fail to confirm an appointment the President must select a new
candidate.
Executive Department Heads are free to develop, create, employ and destroy protocols
that act solely within their respective department. So long as applicable law is not
broken. These protocols are subordinate to protocols created and enforced by the
President.
Executive Departments are created by a bill present by the President to Congress, that
specifically outlines the goals and purpose of the proposed department. Should
Congress fail to pass the bill with the require simple majority the bill is dead.

ARTICLE FOUR: AMENDMENTS: SECTION ONE: PROCESS

The process of amending this document is as follows;
An amendment bill must be written and presented on the floor of the House. The bill
must then be reviewed by the Judiciary Committee and voted upon there. The Chairman
of the Judiciary Committee will then present the bill to the full house for vote. The
threshold for passage through the house is a two-thirds vote in favor. Should the
amendment pass in the House it is then set before the people to vote upon. The
threshold for passage is set at three-fifths in favor. Should the amendment votes in favor
surpass three-fifths it immediately becomes constitutional law and is to be added in the
below amendments section.

ARTICLE FOUR: AMENDMENTS: SECTION TWO: AMENDMENTS

No applicable amendments have been ratified.
