WELCOME TO RAMBOLL'S EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION & ENGAGEMENT SURVEY 2016


BACKGROUND INFO
We have registered that your unit is REC - RDK Bridges/Civils and your immediate manager is K Prasanth.
It is important that the unit and immediate manager are correct, since this is used for the breakdown of the results and to create reports. If the information is not
correct, please contact Ramboll Management Consulting (see contact details below).

HOW TO COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRE


For each question, please tick the box that best fits your perception of the question. You have the option of answering the question with Dont know/not
relevant. However, your opinion is very important to us and it is therefore essential that you try to consider all questions. Replies should be given in relation to
the existing organisation at the time of the survey. If this yields problems in regards to answering some of the questions because of recent organisational changes,
it is perfectly fine to answer question with Dont know/not relevant.
The survey encompasses 45 questions that are common to the whole Ramboll Group, and possibly a number of additional questions that are specific to your
Principal Business Unit (e.g. Ramboll UK or Ramboll Oil & Gas). After each theme you will find an open text box where you are free to add comments, ideas or a
piece of good advice. Please note, that in case you wish to remain anonymous, you should make sure not to write your comments in a way so that your manager
or your colleagues will recognize it.
You can move back and forth in the questionnaire by using the arrows at the bottom of each page. Your answer is saved by Ramboll Management Consulting
where it is entered anonymously into a database along with all the other answers.

ANONYMITY
Ramboll Management Consulting guarantees that your responses will be treated completely anonymously vis--vis your workplace and other third parties. Only
key employees at Ramboll Management Consulting have access to the data collected. Ramboll Management Consulting will only prepare reports if there are a
minimum of 4 responses for the unit as a whole. The reports will be created in a way so that it does not reveal the response of an individual employee.
However, you should be aware that any open comments provided in the questionnaire will also be seen by your manager if there are a minimum of 10 responses
for the unit as a whole. Please do consider the content and the level of detail in your comments, so you do not accidentally compromise your own anonymity.
