Students whose name is in the graduation list and confirmed their attendance to the Commencement
Exercises should access this link: https://goo.gl/OuOX4F for the instruction for payment on academic attire.
Please check the e-mail address you gave during the online Application to Graduate
Student must wear and scan his/her DLSU ID upon entry to the University. There is no need to go through
the Information Desk. A list is also provided to the Security Personnel manning the gates
Student must present their DLSU ID and original copy of deposit slip for Toga payment upon claiming
the academic attire
A proxy (with authorization letter and original copy of the deposit slip /ID) may claim the academic attire
Starting this day, Transcript of Records with Date of Graduation may be requested at the Enrollment Services
Hub 2/F Henry Sy, Sr. Hall or online at http://www.dlsu.edu.ph/offices/registrar/document_request

Attendance in the Graduation Rehearsal is a must for those participating in the Commencement Exercises
at the PICC
The Graduation Invitation Program and E-tickets will be distributed after the Graduation Rehearsal
Each graduate is entitled to two (2) E-tickets. Lost E-tickets will be charged P250.00 each.
Student must inspect if a complete and correct set of academic attire was given
Student must fit the academic attire immediately outside the venue. Only those with wrong specification
from what was indicated in the online ATG will be replaced by the supplier
The claiming of academic attire will start and end as scheduled. Academic attires not claimed within this
schedule may be claimed at the suppliers office (Cattleyas / 102 Ipil St., Marikina Heights / Alma Maicon /
933-2881 / 941-2994).
Student who will not follow the schedule will not be accommodated and will have to claim their toga to the
suppliers office.
Students without academic attires will not be allowed to join the Baccalaureate Mass and the Class PictureTaking
The school has authorized Florofoto-School Pictures, Inc. to provide the exclusive photo/video coverage at
PICC

given during the College Recognition Rites of the College where the program of the student belongs
It is not advisable to deal with freelance photographers outside PICC. They will not be permitted inside the
Plenary Hall to take pictures.

Proof of payment (payment of academic attire) and ID must be presented to refund the deposit
Graduation Picture-Taking
E-tickets issued for guests are monitored by serial numbers. Selling of E-tickets to scalpers and other
parties may be cause for a discipline case. No E-tickets No Entry Policy is strictly followed.
For every day of delay in returning the academic attire, an additional rental fee Php 500.00 will be charged.
This should be returned at Cattleyas office at 102 Ipil St., Marikina Heights, Marikina during office hours
from 9:00 AM -5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Returning of E-tickets
The schedule below includes those graduating from Undergraduate, Masters and Doctoral Programs.
The order of picture-taking below shall be strictly followed. Late comers cannot be accommodated.
