Reflection

From both nutrition tracker, it shows that my body in second


nutrition tracker has increase a vitamin from 1 to 19%. It is also
possible to increase a good protein while decrease the amount
animal meat. I manage to decrease LDL cholesterol from 251% to
107% which is very astonishing result since I reduce animal
protein from 87% to 70%. In the picture below, on the left side is
the first nutrition tracker and the right one is the second one.

On the first time, I thought that it is going to be hard.


However, it turns out that I can do it just fine without even
realizing it. I ate healthy food for one week trying to decrease
amount of meet and increase in nuts and vegetables. I ate whole
grain rice and good food everyday until the tracker end. I felt so
happy when it finally over. It was fun in my opinion because it
challenge myself when I have to stop and change my habit, even
so, I also hope that it would never happen again because I felt so
stress on that period. I have to worry about everything when I
consider on what to eat. Sometime my parents give me a food that
rich in high cholesterol like cheese, raclette, tortilla, etc..
In the end, it was satisfying when the result was compare
between the first and the second nutrition tracker. I still couldnt
believe myself when I saw it after finished the progress session. I
was so proud for a hard work I had done.
