Causes
Emotional Turmoil
Anger = Qi moving up. According to Qin Bo Wei, anger is
over-coursing & discharge in violation of the doctrine of the mean,
damages the organ and causes it to fail.
Frustration
Being thwarted. Qi is trying unsuccessfully to move. Unfulfilled desire,
letting it bother you. Not being able to get was is wanted, or avoid what
is unwanted.
Stress is an experience of frustration.
People tighten up under stress, qi doesn't flow.
Blood Deficiency
Blood emoliates, relaxes the liver.
"All organs in the body are reliant on the liver for free-coursing."
Uterus fills with blood at the end of the cycle. Heart sends blood to
Uterus via Bao Mai, aggravating any liver blood vacuity.
