ORDER
In view of the Mediators Report dated January 31, 2015, showing
unsuccessful mediation, and the undersigned presiding judge has yet to undergo a
seminar on Judicial Dispute Resolution, let the records of this case be transferred
to MTCC-Branch 1, Tacloban City, and be referred to Hon. Sylvia Z. PocpocLamoste, the presiding judge, for Judicial Dispute Resolution Conference pursuant
to A.M. No. 11-1-6-SC-PHILJA dated January 11, 2011, otherwise known as the
Consolidated and Revised Guidelines to Implement the Expanded Coverage of
Court-Annexed Mediation (CAM) and Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR).
Furnish copy of this Order to the public prosecutor, public attorney and
parties.
