To enhance and empower education to the rural youth

The aim of MLS is to equip rural village youth with skills and technological
advancement necessary to make it to varsity and anywhere else in the world.
The aim is to produce the talent that is hidden by poverty within rural areas. This
idea was introduced by a young man who grew up in the village and had to
travel miles that costs to go to town where there is access to internet and all
technology. The institution will also empower those who has lost hope in
education. Indeed MLS will ensure that the youth in rural villages will not perish
due to lack of knowledge and lack of necessary infrastructures
A library will ensure that all learners within villages have access to sources for
mathematics and science. These two subjects are quite challenging and many
students have lost hope in the past, the recent generation has showed great
interest to learn even these subjects never mind their difficulty rumours. MLS will
ensure that students are taught extra lessons for these two subjects by well
experienced teachers. Talent is one of the things which is widely ignored and it
only protrude s once a potential someone realises his\her own talent. MLS will
ensure that the hidden talent within rural areas is made aware to the world.
As a basic foundation of MLS we aim at establishing a Foundation phase learning
centre popularly known as crches. This will enable the achievement and aim of
MLS which is to enhance and empower education to the rural village youth. The
foundation phase will be supervised and administrated by well experienced
retired teachers who knows how to raise children to be the best however these
teachers will also go through courses that will enhance their technological skills.
Career guidance is one of the things which is lacking in the rural areas, MLS will
provide career guidance to pupils who are in high schools, empower these
students by providing first-hand experience by those who made it from the rural
areas to being doctors, engineer etc.
Inspired by a recent publishing of a book by a local MSc chemical engineering
wits student known as Before varsity MLS will campaign the enhancement of
varsity life through one of their own. A great man once said: if you stop
dreaming you start to die, MLS aims at making sure that the development of
South Africa especially in rural areas is proudly brought by these shining
dreamers from the rural areas.
There are several advantages of an establishment such as MLS one of which
includes, fighting against poverty, school dropout and crime. One of the causes
of these problems within our rural areas and South Africa as a whole is the lack
of motivation and lack of hope from the youthwhen one fall they all follow but
that has to come to an end. The future of the country is upon these youth.
