Kutum S/O Sri Ghana Kanta Kutum of Vill- Amtenga Balijan PSBokakhat, Dist- Golaghat Assam.
Sir,
I have the honour to report that 11/5/2013 complt Mr. Pradipta Baruah
ACF I/C Western Range Bagori lodge an ejhar to the effect that on 9/5/2013 in
the morning at about 10 30 AM the staff of Bora KAta Camp detected one
rhino carcass with out its horn at Gahori bill under KNP on getting information
complt personally visited the place and found that carcass lying in the middle
of the Gahori Bill under water and appear that the rhino was killed by the
poaching before 20/25 ago. Hence the case has been registered and
investigated into.
During investigation it is found that the below name Rihno Poacher
involved with the above ref case. He is arrested in conn with Bokakhat P.S.
C/No 177/10 u/s 447/307/341 IPC R/W/ sec 25 (1-A)/27 Arms Act R/W sec 51
(1) WLP act and C/No- 40/13 u/s 379 IPC R/W sec 51 (1) WLP Act R/W sec 25
(1-A)/27 Arms Act. Now under police custody at Bokakhat P.S.
Under above facts and circumstances I pray your honour an order may
kindly be passed for issue production warrant against the below name
suspected for further interrogation in conn with the case.
