Seen Petition No. 944/2015 filed by the petitioner wherein
time has been sought for hearing. Heard the Ld. Counsel and
respondent No. 2 only as the Ld Counsel of the petitioner has not
appeared to move the aforesaid petition, when the matter is being
taken up for hearing the ld counsel of the respondent No.2 has
vehemently objected to the aforesaid petition by submitting that the
petitioner is dilly dallying the matter and flimsy grounds and seeking
adjournments time and again just to delay the matter further. As the
court found substance in the submission of the Respondent No.2,
the aforesaid petition is rejected. However the petitioner may argue
on the matter before the next date, if he so desires.
