INSTALLATION

DESCRIPTION
Desk air-filter box FLK-B is destined for building-in to round
ducting of HVAC systems, where lower particle separation rate is
enough. Due to its small size it is advantageous in limited spaces.
Maximum work temperature of the air-filter is 60C.
Casing of the filter is made from galvanised steel sheet, the cover
is fixed to the casing by simple clamps, what enable an easy
access to filter with no need of tools. There are grooves made on
the tube connectors fitted with T-shape rubber sealing rings to
support the sealing of connection with ducting. Nominal diameters
conform to DIN 24145 dimensions, for production range and main
dimensions see Table.

Air-filter is to be installed in the line before the fan and heat

exchangers, air-filter is connected to ducting by simple slide-in.
It is necessary to keep the air flow direction (marked on the casing)
and to leave enough access to filter for cleaning and mat
exchange purposes.

OPERATION CONDITIONS
Filtration box is destined for operation in a standard environment with ambient temperature up to 60C. Filter has been designed for
separation of ordinary mechanical impurities (dust, leaves particles, blooms, etc.) To ensure the proper function of the filter it is
necessary to check and if necessary also to clean the filtration mat every fortnight.

PACKING, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

The filter boxes are unit packed in three-layer carton boxes.
It is necessary to pay proper care at handling with the fans. It is necessary to avoid shocks, vibration and impacts during transport. Filter
boxes must be stored in dry and clean store rooms.
