Will with an endorsement

I, Andrew .A. Adams a resident of Georgetown, Guyana being of a good mind and memory and at
least 18 year of age, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking all prior wills and bad things done by me.

I am currently married to Kimberly Adams who is currently my spouse. I currently have no children.
All reference to my children shall include any biological children born to me after the date of
execution of this Last Will or any children legally adopted by the date of execution of this Last Will.

Personal Representative
I hereby name, Anthony James as my personal Representative at my supermarket. This term
personal Representative is the same meaning as executor herein.

Should the laws of the state of my Last Will and Testament probated allow it? Then my Personal
Representative shall not require to furnish a bond for the faithful performance of his or her duties as
Personal Representative.

JAMOL ADAMS

In the event the laws of the state in which my Last will and Testament is probated allow it, I authorize
my personal Representative to administer my supermarket without adjunction, order or direction of
any court. The decision to administer my supermarket independent or under court supervision shall
rest peacefully with my Personal Representative.

My Personal Representative shall be paid a reasonable compensation for serving this supermarket.

Burial/payments of debts
I direct my Personal Representative to pay all of my expenses of my last illness, burial and funeral
expenses as soon as practicable after my death. Should I fail to dispose of my body by anatomical
gift, such funeral expenses shall include the cost of any casket, burial marker and funeral service. My
Personal Representative is further authorized to pay honorarium to any clergymen in conjunction with
my funeral and the travel costs of any beneficiaries of this will who have traveled from their
residence to attend my funeral.

As soon as practical after my death, I direct my personal Representative to pay any debt or claim
which he/ she or a court determines to be legally enforceable against my supermarket. I the absence
of a court order, my personal Representative shall have absolute discretion to determine that a debt
is legally enforceable against my supermarket. However, if at the death of any real property herein
devised is subjected to a mortgage. I direct that the devisee taking said mortgage property shall take
it subject to such mortgage and that the devisee shall not be entitled to have the mortgage paid out
of my supermarket.

I hereby give and bequeath the following below- described sums of money or items of my personal or
real property, as the case may be, to the following charities:

Personal effects, I give and bequeath my personal effects or every kind and not otherwise named in
part B of the Article IV immediately below to my spouse.

If there is more than one beneficiary named for my Personal effect under this article and beneficiaries
do not agree to the division of property among themselves in equal shares, then my Personal
Representative shall divide my personal effect into approximately equal shares and his/her decision
on this point shall be binding or my beneficiaries and all other parties. The term personal effect as
used in the Article shall mean; items of clothing, jewelry, mementos, personal paper, award,
photographs and other similar items by me at the time of death except that no single item shall be
included in this category if it has a fair market value in excess of 40,000.

Lease
I Jamol Adams , the owner of Jamol and Sons Supermarket wish to rent a 70 feet storage room to Anthony King,
the owner of the Nigels Supermarket.
If this transaction is to be possible, Mrs. King will have to abide by the following.
1. The space we are allocating is a part of this supermarket therefore your reason for using it must be selling
only.
2. You are to provide legal and valid document saying, why you want to rent this supermarket and what you
intend to gain from using this supermarket.
3. Payment must be every fortnight which will be specified in person.

To make this transaction be legal three witness must be present. Termination of this agreement may come about if
reasons are not abide by.
