FACT until you know what EVIDENCE is. What others believe is nothing more than hearsay that is inadmissible under Fed.R.Evid. 610. What
you and only you know and believe and the FACTS and EVIDENCE that it is based on is how "willfulness" is determined, which is a prerequisite to
every tax crime. Unless you can understand your own
status in relation to the government, the context [CONSTITUTIONAL or STATUTORY]
you are dealing with, and the legal premises, legal history, and legal foundations that are behind these forms as explained by our free
