5. Safety precautions
5.1
5.1 Strictly prohibit unauthorized personnel doing information system equipment
maintenance.
5.2
5.2 Maintenance personnel should not go beyond his level logining software system, and
should not delete or maliciously change system settings, database, alarm history and
history.
5.3 WEB
5.3 Strictly prohibit installing any software unrelated to the system onto data base server,
application server, mail server, WEB server, and prohibit playing games on server.
5.4
5.4 During operation period, maintenance personnel should not shut off the database
server and application server at will, nor randomly shut off the software or service having
impact on system operation.

6. Repair mode
6.1
6.1 Classification
EAM
EAM system maintenance is classified into two modes: trouble shooting and planned
service.
6.2
6.2 Trouble shooting
6.2.1
6.2.1 For information system having failure, timely organize testing, diagnosis and
analysis, find the cause, and restore the use as soon as possible.
6.2.2
6.2.2 After the failure is corrected, carefully sort through the failure data and failure record,
to provide reference for further analysis on failure cause and adjustment parameter.

6.2.3 After the failure is handled, ensure that the system restores the operation function
and can operate normally; if the system cannot operate normally, apply the emergency
system rather than having system operating with troubles, thus to avoid the failure impact
spreading.
6.2.4
6.2.4 When the system software has failure, information system principal should firstly
handle it, and at the same time should report it to division manager. When technical
support is required for trouble shooting, division manager or director should work on
arrangement.
6.2.5ICT
6.2.5 For main technical problems found in system software testing and operation, ICT
division should carry out specific analysis, summarize failure rule and trouble shooting
experience of information system software, constantly perfect the trouble shooting
emergency response plan, optimize handling procedure, and gradually enhance the
problem-solving capability of technical personnel when they are handling information
system failures.
