Upon applying for each advertiser program in the FlexOffers affiliate network, publishers are required to read and

agree
to the advertisers Terms and Conditions. Complying with these Terms and Conditions is critical to your success and
longevity in the FlexOffers network, because they outline an advertisers policies regarding the methods and manners
by which they will or will not tolerate being promoted.
Above all, FlexOffers wishes to maintain a fully compliant affiliate network. A publishers first violation of an Advertisers
Terms and Conditions will result in deactivation from the advertiser program and a warning via email, and the second
violation will result in deactivation from the FlexOffers network. In addition, an advertiser reserves the right to forfeit
commissions for a noncompliant publisher.
For your convenience, weve outlined the policies that exist within most advertisers terms and conditions and therefore
result in the greatest number of violations.
1. Search
a. Protected SEM Bidding Keywords: Affiliates may not bid on an advertisers defined service marks
including misspellings and variations is considered trademark infringement
b. Prohibited SEM Display URL Content: Affiliates may not use www.[advertisername].com or the
advertisers service marks in their display URL
c. Trademark Plus Bidding: Affiliates may not use trademark in conjunction with a generic term or qualifier
(e.g. Advertiser Name Coupons, Advertiser Name Special Offers)
d. Direct Linking: Affiliates may not link directly to advertiser website from SEM campaigns
2. Email
a. Email Not Allowed: Affiliates are not permitted to use email marketing to drive traffic to advertiser website
b. Content Approval Required: Advertiser legal department must approve all email marketing prior to
distribution; Send to your FlexOffers affiliate manager and ascertain that your email is CAN-SPAM
compliant
3. Lead Generation
a. Co-Registration: Affiliates are not permitted to collect user information on behalf of advertiser
b. Lead Validity: To prevent fraud, the advertiser uses a unique set of criteria to evaluate the validity of all
leads and reserves the right to reverse all leads they determine as invalid
4. Reward/Incentive
a. Soft Incentivized Campaigns: Affiliates are not permitted to offer visitors compensations (cashback,
membership points, miles, access to content or software) in exchange for sale or lead completion

5. Website
a. Prohibited Website Domain Keywords: Affiliates may not use advertiser trademark terms in their
registered URL
b. Prohibited Website Content: Forcing clicks aka. cookie-stuffing (setting an affiliate tracking cookie when
the user has not interacted with the link) is not allowed; screen scraping of the advertiser website is not
allowed
6. Promotional
a. Coupons and Promotional Codes: Affiliates may not use coupons and promotional codes that are not
provided through the affiliate program
